-2-3 uncooked thawed chicken breasts
-1-2 cups flour
-1/2 tsp chili pepper
-pinch of salt
-pinch of pepper
-1/2 tsp ground cumin
-vegatable oil
mix flour, chili pepper, cumin, salt and pepper. Pour oil into medium sized pan (fill about 1.5-2 inches deep) and place on stove at med-high. Slice chicken into strips (about 3-4 per chicken breast) and put into the batter. Liberally cover each strip of chicken then place into hot oil. Cook until golden brown. If desired, take the chicken out and batter it again, cook until second coating is golden brown.
