Lemon and Dill Salmon

Serves: 1 per serving


1 salmon fillet
1 1\2 tbsp lemon juice
1\4 tsp + sprinkle dill weed


For the marinade:
-place the salmon in a ziplock bag
-add 1 tbsp lemon
-add 1\4 tsp dill weed
-refrigerate prior to cooking, at least 15 minutes

Preheat a greased cunter top grill (George Forman)

Grill Salmon 5-7 minutes until it goes from deep pink to almost a white\pink and is done through.

Serve immediately.

Sprinkle salmon with 1\2 tbsp lemon and a sprinkle of dill before serving.
