6 Oranges/lemons/grapefruit/mixed if you prefer
1kg preserve sugar/jam making sugar
Wash the outside of the fruit and get rid of any skin blemishes by cutting off with a knife.
Quarter the fruit and bash through a blender or food processor without peeling etc
Put into a large saucepan and mix in the sugar
Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occassionally
Pour into the jars and cool to set on the side before placing on lids
Enjoy on toast!!!!!
