Ingredients

2 Cups of Chopped Onion
500g Diced Chicken
500mL Coconut Creme
3tb Curry Powder
Rice

Method

Heat and simmer all ingredents, except chicken and rice, for 40 minutes. Cook rice, and chicken. Add Chicken to curry, and serve on rice.
