A package of chicken legs, New Potatoes, a small Vidalia Onions & McCormicks Herbs de Provence spice.
Wash the chicken an pat dry with a paper towel. Lightly coat the meat with Olive Oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Wash the new potatoes, lightly coat them with Olive Oil.
Cut your onion into pieces to distribute throughout the pan.
Sprinkle the meat, potatoes and onions with Herbs de Provence.
Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours, and 15 more minutes uncovered. Delicious 1 pan dish!!
