Easy Chick Pea Salad

Ingredients

One can each

Chick peas
Sliced hearts of palm
Baby corn
2 cucumbers
1/4 cup lemon juice
generous drizzle sunflower oil
handful or 2 of roasted unsalted almonds
handful of raw sunflower seeds

Variation: Use any type of dressing you like

Method

Chop the palm, baby corn, and cucumbers (skin on or not) and mix with chick peas, lemon, oil, and seasoning and top with almonds and sunflower seeds
