Cedar Plank Salmon with Sweet Chili Glaze

Salmon with Sweet Chili Glaze, grilled on cedar plank


  • 1/4 cup Asian sweet chili sauce
  • 2 TB soy sauce
  • 1 TB freshed grated ginger
  • 2-6 6 oz salmon filets
  • 1 full size cedar plank for every 2 filets


mix ingredients and marinate salmon in bag or container at least 30 minutes to several hours

soak cedar plank according to directions, at least 30 min

heat grill on medium, for best result use indirect or low heat under cedar plank. place cooking side of plan face down for approx 3 minutes, turn over, place fish on plank skin down if applicable, pour marinade over fish, cook approx 20 minutes.

have a spray bottle or glass of water if cedar plan begins to burn to much
