Cheesy corn gem squash
Preparation time: 10 mins Cooking time: 30 mins Easy - for beginners Serves: 2-3



  • 3 gem squash
  • 1 cob of corn (kernels cut off the cob)
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)


  1. Mix the corn, cheese and garlic in a bowl
  2. Cut the gem squash in half and scoop out the seeds
  3. Scoop the corn mixture into the gem squash
  4. Bake in oven for 35 minutes at 200C
