Chefs Toolbox Stovetop Pizza
Easy - for beginners


This will give you the base of the pizza, what you use as your topping is your taste preference :D


  • 3/4 cup self-raising flour
  • 3/4 cup plain flour
  • good pinch of salt
  • 1 rounded teaspoon of dried yeast
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cup lukewarm water


1/ Combine all dough ingredients in Saute Pan and mix well. 2/ Press dough using tips of fingers or spatula until the base of the pan is covered 3/ Add your choice of toppings 4/ Place the pan with pizza inside over medium heat and covers, making sure the vents are closed. Cook for 5 minutes. 5/ Turn lid to open side vents, reduce heat to medium low and cook for a further 20 minutes. 6/ Remove from heat and using Egg Flip lift pizza from pan onto a board or serving platter. Breakfast Pizza - Use Bacon, Mushroom, Egg, Cheese, BBQ Sauce Onion & Pear Pizza - Caramilised Onion, Cherry Tomatoes, Blue Cheese, Rocket and Pear Basil, Sundried tomato, Fetta Cheese on a tomato base
