Corn Pudding

Easy - for beginners


This is a copy cat recipe to the corn pudding at VooDoo BBQ


  • 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 sticks butter melted
  • 1 cup sour cream


Mix corns with Jiffy mix, eggs and melted butter. Stir well and add in sour cream. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake 350 degrees until golden brown, about 30-35 minutes.
