So easy your kids could make this. Another winner from The Chefs Toolbox. Simply mix and pour. These cakes are wonderful served warm with custard or cold and dusted with icing sugar.
Preheat oven to 180°c. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Place Flexibake Pan on an oven tray. Divide cake mixture evenly between 12 Flexibake cups/Muffin tray. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked and golden brown. Allow to cool completely before removing from Flexibake.
