Devilled Pork Tenderloin
- 1/2 cup chopped onion,
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice,
- 1/2 cup ketchup,
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard,
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar,
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce,
- 1 1/2 lbs. whole pork tenderloin
- In a blender, combine onion, lemon juice, ketchup, dry mustard, brown sugar, and worcestershire sauce. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- In a frying pan brown tenderloins on medium high heat. Place in a 3qt. pan. Spoon sauce over meat and bake @ 325f (45- 60 minutes). To serve cut into 1/2 inch slices.
