Devilled Pork Tenderloin



  • 1/2 cup chopped onion,
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice,
  • 1/2 cup ketchup,
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard,
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar,
  • 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce,
  • 1 1/2 lbs. whole pork tenderloin


  1. In a blender, combine onion, lemon juice, ketchup, dry mustard, brown sugar, and worcestershire sauce. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. In a frying pan brown tenderloins on medium high heat. Place in a 3qt. pan. Spoon sauce over meat and bake @ 325f (45- 60 minutes). To serve cut into 1/2 inch slices.
