A great college meal that makes use of all those spare ingredients lying around. This recipe is for one, but obviously you can make as many as makes sense. I usually eat two in a setting.
Stick your chicken in the oven as recommended by manufacturer. Warm up your tortilla in the microwave right before your chicken is done. Cut up the chicken and put it in line on the tortilla. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top so it melts on chicken. Lay down a line of salsa as thick as you want and then a line or 3 of Ranch. Finally, crush up a handful of your favorite Doritos and sprinkle on top. Roll up and enjoy!
Other suggestions are to simply use chicken nuggets and Nacho Cheesier Doritos for those that don’t like spicy foods.
