This milk jelly is a really unusual recipe that's bound to impress your guests. They're also bound to be impressed when they find out that it contains 50% of your daily requirement of vitamin D!
Dissolve the sugar by mixing it with a drop of water and heating it gently. Add the dissolved sugar to the Super Milk and lemon rind.
Leave to cool.
Soften the gelatine by standing it in the cold water in a small heat-proof container, then stand the container in a pan of boiled water and stir until dissolved.
Gently stir the gelatine into the cooled milk mixture, then strain through a sieve into a basin.
Stir occasionally until the mixture thickens.
Pour into a bowl or mould and leave to set in the fridge for about an hour.
