Preparation time: some minutes
Samba chicken is West Sumatranese fried chicken which is first boiled in its marinate sauce and coconut milk. Serve with steam rice (of course! ;)) and chili sauce, also steamed vegetable.
Blend all marinate ingredients then sauté for awhile
Combine coconut milk, sautéed marinate mixture, lime leaves and chicken. Boil using a small flame until the marinate becomes less. Let stand in the rest of marinate shortly
Heat the oil then fry chicken until gold brown. Serve immediately
