It doesn't have to be Chinese New Year to resolve to try new recipes. Grab a bag of fortune cookies and a packet of Willow Seasonings Cracked Crab dip mix and we predict your future will be full of flavor!


  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 pkt Willow Seasonings Cracked Crab dip mix
  • 1 12 oz package won-ton wrappers
  • 1 egg beaten


In a medium bowl, combine dip mix, sour cream and cream cheese. Spoon a tablespoon of Cracked Crab spread onto the center of each won-ton wrapper. Brush egg on the edges of the wrappers, fold over into a triangle shape and seal edges. Place filled rangoons in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Freeze rangoons completely (approx 1 hr). Deep fry in 375 degree oil, turning once, until golden brown. Drain on cooling racks.
