Easy - for beginners
An authentic Jamaican recipe, often prepared as a filling part of a breakfast and also used as an appetiser. Also known as "Stamp N' Go" which derives from folklore of people stamping their feet at vendors to indicate they were in a hurry.
Empty LASCO Mackerel in a bowl. Flake with a fork.
Add onions, scallion, crushed pepper and vinegar.
3.Fold in Flour and gradually add water
Drop by tablespoons in heated oil
Garnish with chopped escallion and serve
