Mandy’s Pepperjack Alfredo Sauce

Preparation time: 30 to 45 min Medium


Just a good alfredo sauce (serve with 14 to 15 ounces pene pasta)


  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 1/4 Cups Parmesan Cheese (Reserv 1/4 cup for topping)
  • 1/2 Cup Monterey Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cups Pepperjack Cheese
  • 1/4 Pound Mushrooms (optional)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 Cup Dry Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 14 to 15 ounces Penne Pasta


Boil Pasta with Olive oil and Dash of salt. In another Saucepan melt butter , add Heavy Cream and bring to a boil, Stirring constantly to avoid burning. After Boiling reduce heat and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes. Add parmesan Cheese and allow to belt. Then add all other cheeses and stir until melted smooth. Add Mushrooms and all other ingredients. After pasta is cooked to add, drain and add to sauce. Enjoy!
