Mango-Sour Cream Ice Cream
Serves: 6 servings
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
- juice of 1 lime
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- In a food processor or blender, puree mango, lime juice and sugar until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl. Stir in sour cream. Cover and refrigerate until completely cold or overnight.
- Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.
