Mango-Sour Cream Ice Cream

Serves: 6 servings



  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream


  1. In a food processor or blender, puree mango, lime juice and sugar until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in sour cream. Cover and refrigerate until completely cold or overnight.
  3. Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.
