Mint Lamb Chops - Slow Cooker/Crockpot

Preparation time: 15-20min Cooking time: 4 Hours Easy - for beginners Serves: 4



  • 6- 8 Lamb chops or Lamb shanks
  • 1 cup mint sauce or mint jelly
  • 1/4 -1/2 cup water - use 1/4 cup water if using mint sauce or 1/2 cup water if using the mint jelly
  • seasoned flour (Salt & Black Pepper)


Heat slow cooker on high but turn to low when lamb goes in.

Toss the chops or shanks in seasoned flour and brown in a pan (I used butter and Olive oil) then place in slow cooker.

Deglaze pan with the water, add mint sauce and pour over lamb.

Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours. OR 4 hours on high

YumO meat is so soft it falls off the fork
