What to do with a fish you've never heard of before!
Reheat oven to 180; clean the fish and pat dry; place on a baking tray, squeeze over half a lemon, then rub with olive oil. Scatter with coarsely ground black pepper and flakes of sea salt; bake in the over for 20 mins. Serve with braised chicory, salad and new potatoes. Now, if only I wasn’t on a diet and could have a nive half bottle of decent dry white with it…..
