Strawberry Lime Coulis

Serves: makes 1 cup



  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • zest and juice of 1 lime


  1. In a food processor or blender, puree strawberries, sugar and lime juice until smooth.
  2. Using the back of a wooden spoon, press through a fine sieve into a bowl to remove seeds. Stir in lime zest. Sauce will keep covered and refrigerated for up to 1 week.
