Strawberry Summer Yogurt Jelly

A light fruity dessert perfect for Summer time lunches or teas Low in Fat and Sugar with a simple to make recipe


  • ¢ 2 Strawberry Muller Light Yogurts or similar
  • ¢ Fresh or Frozen Summer fruits (optional)
  • ¢ Sugar Free Strawberry or Raspberry Jelly made to ½ pint
  • ¢ Low fat Cream, Crème Fraiche and Fresh fruit to decorate


  1. Set aside a large Serving dish
  2. Make up the Jelly crystals as directed but using only ½ pint of liquid
  3. When Jelly is cool add the Yogurts to the mixture
  4. Mix in Fresh or Frozen Raspberries, Strawberries or Blueberries or a
    combination of them if you wish
  5. Set aside in Refrigerator to set & then garnish with Cream & fruit.
