Deliciously moist with a hint of wasabi - great party sausage roll!
Drain salmon. Combine salmon, mascarpone cream, wasabi and chive dip mix in a bowl. Slice a puff pastry piece in 2 pieces lengthways. Place a line of the mixture down the middle of both slices. Fold over each end to join and glue with egg wash. Repeat with more puff pastry until mixture used up. Turn them over onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Egg wash the tops and sprinkle with poppy seed. Bake until puff pastry is crunchy.
