Easy - for beginners
A low-fat version of the Italian favorite.
1: Brown Chicken breasts in large skillett - remove 2: In same pan cook 3 strips till crispy - remove 3: In same HOT pan add diced onion, mushrooms, salt & pepper and 1/2 cup white wine ( white wine will deglaze pan and get all the good bits) 4: Cook 8 ounces pasta and when 2 minutes left add can of drained peas 5: Mix egg, milk, bacon (crumbled), and parsley in bowl and set aside 6: Once noodles are done drain and add onion/mushroom mix (wine should be completely evaporated and no liquid left) 7: mix noodles, milk mix, onion mix, and parmesan cheese and toss well.
Sprinkle some fresh parsely on top and add sliced chicken breast. You are done and eating healthy!
