XO Steam Tofu

XO Steam Tofu

Cooking is made easy with JUMBO XO sauces.


  • 160g firm tofu
  • 20g green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of JUMBO XO Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2g of salt to taste


Cut the tofu into medium sized blocks. Arrange on a serving plate and prepare for steaming.

Set up a steaming wok, add enough water and place a steam rack in the center. Put the plate of tofu on top and cover the lid. Steam on high heat for 3 minutes.

Open the lid and remove any excess water inside the plate of tofu. Next, add a teaspoon of JUMBO XO Sauce on top of each piece of tofu. Next, drizzle with some oil. Cover the lid again and steam for one more minute.

Remove from heat. Sprinkle with salt and chopped green onions to serve.
