Simple, healthy and elegant.
Boil 3 cups water. Add rice, reduce heat, cover and simmer for recommended time.
Add olive oil to a skillet and brown Quorn cutlets on both sides. Add peas, milk and wine to pan and simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir rice into skillet and toss together.
Would be great served with a green side salad!
