Discover this incredibly easy and delicious no-bake gluten-free slice. Packed with the sweet chewiness of dates, the warm spice of ginger, and the satisfying crunch of cornflakes, all topped with a layer of smooth dark chocolate. This quick homemade treat is perfect for a yummy dessert or snack.
Cook the dates, butter, sugar and ginger over a low heat for about 5 mins. Stir in the cornflakes and press into a tray about 20x30cm. Chill.
Melt the chocolate over a low heat and spread over the slice. When set chop into pieces about 3cm square.
